Position Summary:
Assist Unit Head - Risk Management Policy for review and update of Credit Policies, Procedures and Product Policy Manuals in line with the Risk Management Policy of the Bank, SBP Basel II Framework and international best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
-Review of Credit Policy and Procedures to ensure best risk management practices.
-Review of Product Policy Manuals, leading to credit exposure, for quality and credit risk upon launch / renewal pertaining to any area of the bank.
-Review of risk rating standards, standards for presentation of Credit Proposals and other related benchmarks.
-Analyze Portfolio data / MIS Packs to monitor portfolio performance. To review data to highlight areas of concern and for formulation and review of credit policies.
-Respond to day-to-day queries regarding clarifications / explanations on Credit Policy and Procedures.

Selection Criteria:
-Graduate/Post Graduate in accounting and finance.
-Basic knowledge of prevailing Credit Policy, regulatory and legal environment, Risk Management Skills.
-Knowledge of basic risk management functions e.g. credit risk control, Credit Review.
-Understanding of risks & controls with ability to see through the risks
-Proficiency in analytical tools/applications
-Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to work as a team player.
