Job Description:
- Assist Team Leader in planning and developing strategy for initiating reviews/ validation for smooth working and timely completion.- Conducting reviews / validation within given time frame and reporting of critical / serious issues highlighted to the CSAM.- Evaluation of self-testing results performed by ICUs of other Groups.- Assist Team Leader in developing strategy & plan for conducting reviews of ICUs on bank wide basis.- Provide guidance to ICUs, RCSA coordinators and relevant staff with respect to issues identified during self-testing.- Compile/ consolidate RCSA results/ reports submitted by ICUs for onward presentation.- Assist Team Leader in identification of control gaps and proposing controls to mitigate the associated risk.- Seek feedback from other team members for discharge of responsibilities in more effective and timely manner.- Assist ICUs of other Groups for resolution of control issues within their specified TAT.- Assist in coaching and motivating bank staff and other team members- Any other responsibility/ special assignment/ project assigned by Unit Head- ICD / Head ICD.Skills:
