About the Program:

MCB Bank Ltd. is proud to introduce "Roshni – Lighting the Path to Inclusion," a specially designed internship program for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). This initiative aims to empower individuals with special abilities by providing hands-on experience, professional exposure, and career development opportunities across key business domains in our back offices located in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized Institution / Foreign University.
• CGPA: Minimum 2.75 or above
• A special CNIC / Disability Certificate is mandatory.
