The primary purpose of this job is to facilitate the senior management and enhance throughput by providing advice and analytical support on matters pertaining to business growth, credits, general services, service quality, information technology, special projects, etc., including but not limited to review, compilation, assimilation and preparation of reports, obtaining and maintaining project updates, internal and external communication etc.

Principal Responsibilities: Plan, organise, coordinate and minute Senior Management meetings and effectively comply and implement decisions via rigorous follow-up with an aim to improve efficiency and smooth functioning of the Bank.

Handle internal and external communication, including taking minutes during select meetings/business reviews and following up on them.

Prepare executive summary of reports/analysis/policy documents that are presented for approval.

Advise and provide technical and financial analytical support on critical business decision making.

On quarterly basis, perform hindisgh review of select credit approvals and where necessary, recommend appropriate measures for risk mitigation.
