Senior Officer Board Committees Coordination

Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: May 24, 2016)

  • To prepare and circulate Notices, Agenda Papers and other documents pertaining to selective Board Committees meetings of the Bank as per regulatory requirements.    
  • To take minutes in the meetings and submit draft thereof to the Company Secretary for review and for submission to the Chairmen of respective Committee.
  • To ensure obtaining feedback from respective Group Heads on the draft minutes before finalization and upon final approval from the Chairman of the Board/Respective Sub-Committees, circulate to all members for perusal and to the Management for compliance of decision, through Company Secretarys Office.
  • Finalization of achievements of selective Board Committees for presentation by respective Chairmen to the BOD
  • Maintain complete MIS on agendas and final/approved minutes for submission to SBP Inspection Team and External/Internal Auditors.
  • Any other job specific assignment assigned by the Line Manager/Company Secretary.
