Job responsibilities:

  • Mange and Administration of Contact Center( Call Logic, Routing, Profiling, ACD, Queues, PGs, SkillSets)              
  • Initiate and implement projects related to Contact Center services( IVR/CRM/CMS/Integrations/Channel Optimization.
  • Manage and Establish new integrations to enhance Contact Center customer relationship management.
  • Administration of Computer Telephony Interface for Customer relationship Management.
  • Oversee and manage Service level, Telephony, Priority routing, Call Groups, Recording System.
  • Preferred Processional Certification/Training of CCNA/ CCNP/ CCVP, Must have in Depth knowledge of H323, SIP protocols stacks. H323, SIP Proxy & Registrar functions / ACD/ Transcoding / Interworking / Session Redirections/ Codec profiling / CDR Reporting and Traces
