Job Description

Department Head: Alliances & Debit Cards – Digital Banking Division

Salary Range: Market Competitive

Job Description:


  • Achieve revenue targets by identifying income generation avenues and ensuring cost optimization

Product Development & Enhancements

  • Work on new product development projects and monitor / improve existing products portfolio
  • Build a model & monitor achieving of budget numbers for debit card Issuance & Alliances
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders/partners for creating a win-win situation in terms of business development

Customer Service

  • Implement value-added initiatives, streamline processes to improve service standards and customer experience
  • Perform interdepartmental coordination to optimize procedures and conduct BAU in a fluent manner thus creating value for customers


  • Manage all Audit, compliance and risk assessment related activities on day to day basis
  • Maintain strict vigilance to ensure watertight controls as per banking laws & procedures


  • Develop, engage teams & perform succession planning  
  • Managing staff attritions
  • Stretch/develop talent by delegating responsibilities & Projects
  • Focus on the training of all units/resources
  • Relationship management with external partners, vendors, payment schemes (local & international) & regulatory partners etc.
