The primary objective of the role is to provide continuous technical support to MCB Online Network Services, in coordination with IT office(s), to ensure smooth operations of MCB online services to its customers and maintain the highest Network uptime of the respective Circle. This role also demands to provide high-level services to branch users in respect of infrastructure and application support also agile in task/problem resolution reflected in the Service desk. This job also inculcates intensive communication with business tiers and can facilitate interaction between end-users and higher-level support and have the ability to convert problems to complete resolution.
